TRAINING TO TRAIN STAGE
6 days a week
Continued emphasis on stroke technique and mechanics
Work-outs designed to develop energy systems, aerobic, anaerobic and strength
Develops mental preparation
Suggested age is 11 and up (at the discretion of the Coaching staff)
Would be eligible to go to all invitational meets, Huronia regional meets, Club meets, and Championship meets providing swimmer qualifies
Additional dry land training may be developed as deemed by coaching staff

LEARNING TO TRAIN STAGE
3 - 4 Days a week
Major skill learning/development stage. Emphasis will be on basic stroke technique and mechanics of all four competitive strokes
Swimmers do work-outs as they “learn to train”
Suggested age is 8 to 11 (at the discretion of the Coaching staff)
Would be eligible to compete at Invitational meets, Huronia regional developmental meets, and Team Championships (providing swimmer qualifies).

‘FUN’ DAMENTALS STAGE
2 days a week
Emphasis on participation and fun
Swimmers will learn, through drills, front crawl, back crawl and be introduced to whip kick and dolphin kick
Suggested age is 6-12 (at the discretion of the Coaching staff)
Would take part in team mini meets and developmental meets and some invitational meets.
